End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Brewly application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Changes to EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated EULA on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.
